Trained in CAIRA mosel, I have been a supervisor for 10 years
There’s a crack in everything. It’s how the light gets through.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Approach to pastoral supervision
Approach to spirituality and life…
All of life is a gift; one to be treasured and enriched by caring for others and for all of creation. Spirituality is an integral part of my life and, I think, of most people; regardless of whether or not they follow a particular faith. I’m committed to gratitude and reflection which enhance all of life.
Approach to supervision…
Listening is key for me as a supervisor; listening to what is said, how it is said and what may be initially unspoken. My philosophy is that each person has their own answers within themselves and our work together aims to uncover those answers.
As a supervisor, I hope I can ask thought provoking questions that reveal the supervisee’s own wisdom and that wisdom (God-given) will show them the path to walk in strengthening their work and ministry.
