Supervision Training and Experience
While I am worshiping in a Presbyterian church, I am very ecumenical, loving the whole body and it’s many forms of worship.
I have been supervising people in ministry since 2022. I am also a spiritual director. My bachelors degree is in Social Work.
Approach to pastoral supervision
I am a reflective supervisor with a focus on the supervisee bringing the agenda for us to discuss. Pastoral ministry is tough. We need the Holy Spirit to help us become self-aware, other-aware and God-aware. I am very fortunate to get to share in this process.
My role is to listen and enable open exploration in a contemplative way. All going well, God is able to direct, encourage and enjoy us both.
