Supervision Training and Experience

I have had careers in education, chaplaincy and counselling. I hold high standards of professional and ethical behaviour and because I believe strongly in professional and personal excellence, have gained post-graduation qualifications in all these fields. I have over 40 years in career training and leadership. I hold both NZ and Australian police checks.

I provide confidential, respectful, inclusive and purposeful supervision, utilising practical solution-focused strategies with an effective pro-active approach to resolving sensitive and complex dilemmas and issues.

I provide both confidential face-to-face and Zoom meetings.

Approach to pastoral supervision

I am a progressive ordained Anglican priest however am committed to interdenominational and ecumenical dialogue. I believe that all desire grace and compassion in their pilgrimage.

I find all aspects of the church interesting, especially church leadership, women in leadership, social justice and the future of the church. I am based in Australia.
