Approach to spirituality and life…
All of life is a gift; one to be treasured and enriched by caring for others and for all of creation. Spirituality is an integral part of my life and, I think, of most people; regardless of whether or not they follow a particular faith. I’m committed to gratitude and reflection which enhance all of life.
Approach to supervision…
My approach to supervision is very much a collegial one. The supervisee is in charge of subject matter and of how much they want to reveal. I am supportive and gently challenging when appropriate, always putting the development of the supervisee first.
I’m an ordained Anglican minister with a background in community development.
There’s a crack in everything. It’s how the light gets through.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
